Captain Theo Atkinson of Spots Dots and Scales Fishing Charters has been a USCG licensed 100 ton captain for over 25 years. He knows the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding coastal waters and has been fishing them his entire life. He has many years of experience navigating the local waters of the Gulf Coast. Fishing is his passion and he enjoys helping people have a fun fishing experience. Capt. Theo loves to take kids fishing!
