Captain Guy Baxter has over 12 years experience fishing the Gulf Stream off of North Carolina. Capt. Guy especially enjoys the excitement of taking people out fishing for the first time, so they too will fall in love with the offshore fishing experience. Guy's "sea dream" was always to be able to offer Hatteras Island visitors a glimpse of the offshore world. Sea Dream provides that opportunity for everyone.
