Ned has been fishing the gulfstream waters off of the Outer Banks of North Carolina for over two decades. First, as a mate for some of the best tuna fishermen on the east coast. Capt. Ned has been a licensed captain since 1988, and has been operating charter boats year round since. Your Captain has an open bridge policy, and welcomes the opportunity to answer questions about your day aboard the Sea Breeze.
