New Orleans fishing… there's nothing like it! Just 40 minutes from downtown New Orleans to the coastal rich waters is salt-water fishing in one of the most sought after natural environments. Yes, there are other fishing charters you could use. But my knowledge of the "prime" fishing spots in the area makes light tackle fishing with me a true adventure.
It's not uncommon for strikes to come one after the other in the coastal waters of Louisiana. Light tackle fishing is not a laid back recreational pass time here (unless you want it to be). It's an active sport where Louisiana speckled trout fishing gets you trophy-sized monsters. You can also find the "thrill of the reel" with redfish, flounder, drum and more.
