National Bass Guide Service

First off, the first review is by Steve, the owner of the business. Where do I start? I was given a $300+ guided bass trip as a gift. The trip was booked and confirmed. I verified that we would go out even if it was raining. I took off work to go get all of the bait that was recommended, proper rain gear as it storms were ensured. I spent another $150+. I excitedly stayed up late, prepped all of my gear, arranged baby sitters and special drop offs for my children. I packed lunch and headed to the marina to meet. I arrive and find no one. I call Steve's cell phone and he says "I have other things planned". So after wasting hours and hundreds of dollars much less driving and building up all of the excitement, I am told to turn back around and reschedule. Well, after that experience I was not interested. I asked for a refund. I got no further communication. Steve continues to ignore my money and has decided to be a THIEF and not return the payment he accepted for a job he literally DID NOTHING for. So if this is the type of person you think you should go on an all day fishing trip, THINK AGAIN. He clearly has shown the type of person that he really is. RUN AND HIDE. There are many other guides who have integrity. I will do everything in my power so that other people aren't stolen from.
