Captain Jorge has been sight fishing in southern Florida for 25 years and is a fly-fishing fanatic. His customers appreciate his patience and willingness to 'teach' them about the flats and the species of fish that they catch.

Biscayne National Park is a wilderness in sight of the Miami skyline and offers fishing for several game species including bonefish, tarpon, permit, jack, and shark. The day will start at dawn or noon for half days depending on temperatures. Equipment is included but you can still bring your own. Food and beverages are not included but can be purchased in several places in Homestead before heading to the ramp.

Full Day - Flamingo

Fishing Flamingo puts you in the middle of Everglades National Park and the end of Florida's river of grass. The day begins at dawn at the ramp in Flamingo and goes for a full 8 hours when you return to the ramp. In addition to a wide variety of fish species you will see many birds and may even see a crocodile or two. Equipment is included but you can still bring your own. Food and beverages are not included but can be purchased at the Flamingo store.
