Deck Boat
This sporty yet spacious boat has a flat bottom for great balance on board as well as easy entry/exit. It has wide ends with two pedestal seats per end for two people on each end and up to four people total to easily fish. The interior seats are couch style. The boat has a bimini top to protect us from the weather. There is also a table, sink, and other amenities on board.

Per Person Friday Night Party Boat

Book a per person trip on my boat, Lure of the Lake, between 6:30 PM - 7:00 PM at the Town Marina. You and up to three other people each pay the $75 individual rate to depart and fish with me from 7:00 PM til its dark (about 9:00 P.M.) The common strategy will be for me to park the boat on a quality lake spot so you can fish with live bait. You will either fish with just me or get a chance to meet some other fishermen as well.

Twilight Trip

After a fun day around Lake Lure and Chimney Rock, book a 2 hour evening private trip during the hours from around 7:00 P.M. to dark (around 9:00 P.M.) aboard my boat, Lure of the Lake, or using my kayaks. This higher action time is the perfect and economical ending to your day. Rate is for 1 or 2 guests. Additional guests are $25 each. Available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday.

Morning Trip

Book a private trip aboard my boat, The Lure of the Lake, or choose to use my kayaks for a morning of fishing. Enjoy breathtaking scenery. Learn about the lake and its history. Catch some fish! Depending on the season, we typically meet at dawn (about 6:00 AM), and we fish until around 10:30 AM. Rate is for 1 or 2 guests. Additional guests are $25 each. Available all week.

Depending on the season, we typically meet at around 4:30 PM. Rate is for 1 or 2 guests. Additional guests are $25 each. Available Thursday and Sunday.
Private trips rates are for 1-2 people. Add $25 per person for more than 2 on four hour trips.
