Captain Ziels lives in Marathon year round with his wife and two children. Todd moved to Marathon immediately after receiving his bachelor's degree in Business from Florida Atlantic University and has been a professional guide ever since. Captain Todd is equally adept to fishing the expert fly fisherman having guided anglers to trophies in several prestigious fly fishing tournaments, but also enjoys working with a client to realize personal goals as a first tarpon or permit on fly, a permit on spinning tackle or a grand slam helping to make dreams come true. Captain Todd is a full time year round guide who supports his family with his fishing. A lot of guides in the Keys are "part timers" only here for the tarpon season, then going home up north or out west when the big tarpon migration ends. He lives in Marathon, the heart of the Florida Keys, which allows him the ability to easily fish west to Key West or East to Islamorada and Key Largo.

Hell's Bay Flats Skiff
Captain Todd Ziels fished out of what many believe are the "chalk" of flats skiffs. A Hells Bay Professional for extreme shallow conditions for the time of year when fish are tailing hard. A Hells Bay Marquesa to handle the rougher more open water, and ocean side tarpon runs. This boat is very comfortable with two anglers or a parent and kids for a fun day of fishing.

Everything is included for a great day on the water. All the angler needs to bring is food and plenty to drink, polarized sunglasses, sunscreen and a hat.
